How to order
Purchasing from Brentwood Sports is designed to be simple
and secure. You can order Online, or by telephoning the
store. We have gone to great lengths to make sure that
your details remain 100% secure. As soon as you enter the
order process, every bit of information that is transferred
between you and us is encrypted using powerful 128-bit
encryption. Please take note of the following before ordering
from Brentwood Sports:
- Please ensure that you have read the Terms & Conditions
- Carefully check that you have ordered the correct size,
or quantity (if applicable)
- Please note that certain products are non-returnable
once they have been customised. This includes items
such as embroidered
boots, embroidered goalkeeper gloves, customised replica
shirts and teamwear products. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
- We will contact you prior to delivery in order
to confirm stock availability and estimated delivery
time.
Having selected your chosen product/s, please follow the
on screen instructions, which will quickly guide you through
the checkout process. Should you experience any difficulties,

Stock and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all items sold are in
stock. Occasionally, due to high demand or manufacturing
delays we are unable to make immediate delivery. For this
reason we always contact our customers as confirmation
prior to dispatch. All items are subject to availability.
Please note that certain orders will not be dispatched immediately
for some of the following reasons:
- Certain products are delivered/ordered direct from the
manufacturer. This is mainly applicable to large/bulky
items
- Credit Card/Payment checks
- Items out of stock/Not available
- Customisation
Brentwood Sports reserve the right to alter without prior
notice, prices, specification and conditions of sale.
Delivery
Our delivery and handling charges
are as follows:
We aim to keep all of our products in stock. Certain larger/specialist
items are sent direct from the manufacturer. We aim to
dispatch items from stock within one working day. Where
there is a delay or non-availability, we will notify you
immediately. Brentwood Sports uses reputable couriers in
order to ensure that your purchase arrives promptly and
securely. Our delivery charges are as follows:
- Free – Orders over £80
(UK only)
- £5.95 – Orders under £70 – 2-3
Day Delivery (UK only)
- Next Day Delivery – This
can be arranged at additional cost. Please call for more
information
- Overseas Delivery - £9.95
(large/heavy orders may incur an additional charge)
If you have a query regarding delivery, please contact the

Returning/Cancelling your Order
You may return any product for a refund of the price that
you paid for it. This must be done within 14 days and the
product must be in its original condition, together with
the original packaging.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to
return the product. Brentwood Sports will not be held responsible
for goods not received. Please include the returns label
when you return the product to us. We aim to process your
return within seven days of receipt.

If your product is defective, please contact Brentwood Sports

Please note the following:
- Items that have been customised e.g. shirt printing,
boot/glove embroidery, cannot be exchanged or refunded
unless the product
or material is faulty.
- All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's
liability.
- Providing that you have contacted our store and reached
prior agreement we will refund our standard shipping costs
if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot
accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred
when returning non-faulty
items.
Your Privacy
Whilst using this website, certain activities such as ordering
products online or registering for our privilege card,
may require us to ask you to provide certain information
about yourself, by filling out and submitting an online
form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these
activities. If you elect to engage in these activities,
Brentwood Sports may require that you provide us personal
information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail
address, and other personal identifying information. When
ordering products on the site, you may be asked to provide
a credit card number.
Removing your personal details
You have the right to remove your personal information. To

you registered with when you contact us. We will then remove
you from our database. Please note that if you have made
a purchase from Brentwood Sports, we may be legally required
to keep details of your transaction.

If you have a complaint or comments about our web site or
any of the products supplied to you, please contact Brentwood

Privilege Card
Brentwood Sports is proud of its association with the many
local sports clubs and associations. If you are a registered
member of such an organisation, you may be entitled to
join the Brentwood Sports ‘Privilege Card’ scheme.
This entitles members to a 10% discount on non-sale items.
In order to qualify you must register - either online or
in person at our store. The issue of a privilege card is
solely at the discretion of Brentwood Sports. Brentwood
Sports reserves the right to terminate this scheme and/or
withdraw individual cards at any time and without prejudice.
The cards are non–transferable and have no monetary
value.

of publishing. Due to circumstances beyond our control,
prices may occasionally have to be altered, including the
rate of VAT. If this happens, we will contact you in order
to reconfirm your order at the altered price.
