A wonderfully entertaining read for this autumn that will make you believe that some of our biggest dreams do come true. All is there: Romance, suspense, office intrigues, humor, friendship, career driven women and men and the story that for me personally is somehow very french, and cinematic.

It's light, fun and absolutely charming. The writing is witty and fresh. I totally recommend everyone to give it a try. You'll like Tasha and her dreams and the jams she gets into!

I've enjoyed this debut novel even if it wasn't what I expected at all.The writing was good but at times I was confused for the great amount of the episodes narrated.I've truly appreciated the depiction of the characters and the placeswho doesn't not love Paris.Page after page I grew attached to all the characters,my favorite is our heroine,Tasha, that with her craziness stole my heart.Copy kindly provided by the Publisher/Author.

This book was all over the place. I don’t know how to review it to get my points across. I wanted to like it. The characters were different, the plot Interesting but at times it felt like a mess. I couldn’t connect with the writing on a deep level that kept me glued the whole time. It took me starting and stoping many times to even finish the book. This was Trisha’s story, but at times I felt all the secondary characters kind of took away from my main focus on her and everything that’s g [...]

This is the story of a period in Tasha and Liz's lives. A period in which their lives cross, friend's in common become known and intertwine. Both their lives change drastically and it's unknown for the good or not so good. There is some suspense and intrigue in the mix as well. While different from what I usually read, I did enjoy this story.

This book was hard for me to follow. At times I felt like this book was all over the place and I wanted to give up on reading it. The story line is great I really liked Tasha. This book just did not really reach out to me and I could not really get into it.

I Received Friday Evening, Eight O'clock by Nino Gugunishvili in a Giveaway.A story of a girl who is living a quiet life until she is offered an unexpected job offer to relocate to write for a magazine. In France! We follow Tasha trying to settle into a foreign country and a new career. France isn't all it is cut out to be.There is jealousy, romance and conflict. An interesting read.

Once again I was seduced by the cover of this book it portrays a vulnerability in my mind and I’m not sure the actual content matched that. It’s a story that includes all the usual romance, angst, humour, suspense and a certain amount of eccentricity.I quite liked Tasha and enjoyed finding out where her dreams would take her and who she met along the way. The writing was a mix of upbeat free flow, which then plunged into confusion so that it took a while to get back on track.Suitable for any [...]

I was very fortunate to receive Gugunishvili's debut novel for free through the Giveaway Program. I liked her writing style and thought she did a fine job with plot and character development. My only criticism of the book is that I think it needed to be edited and proofread in places. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this book to my friends. I look forward to reading more by Gugunishvili.

I had a hard time sticking to this story. Mostly because I did not like the two main female characters. They rubbed me the wrong way in that they gave off negative and slightly mean attitudes in how they handled their public and private lives. Some scenes with side characters also threw me and the focus of the story off. IF you like dogs, there are a few dog-related side storylines.Funny though, I found the male characters more interesting even though they had issues of their own.
